Wide selection of ingredients to choose from, including a few hot items too like unagi, and even chicken for those cuckoo friends that don't like fish! I wish there was one of these down closer to me in the south bay.

Very fresh fish and service is quick. You have to grab a paper and check the boxes for the what you want. But talk to the person to get you a specificly made bowl.

Received horrible customer service! Usually I order during the day, but since they don’t have a pick up option on DoorDash, I decided to order in-store around 7:45PM on a Monday(as the store hours says “open until 9:30 PM”). I walked up and the doors were locked, but I saw two employees still inside and all of the food was out. I knocked several times with the server right in front of me and she intentionally did not look up at me. I wouldn’t have been irked if they had simply told me the reason why they were closing early (even gesturing through the window that they’re closed), but I didn’t even get acknowledged in the slightest and going as far as purposely ignoring a customer. Just plain rude, and that’s coming from a person who was loyal to this place for 3 years now and also works in the food service industry. Unacceptable.

The poke bowl was alright. There not much to note in terms of the ingredients as it's pretty similar to other poke places. I do like the checklist form to order out of. I'm not sure if the employee was new, but I don't typically see someone being stingy with toppings. They seem hesitant with grabbing too much topping when using the tongs - like they barely gave 3 pieces of the pickled radish. I also got sesames when I didn't want those yet I barely got any Furikake I asked for...
