They are very caring and concerned about the whole patient not just the kidneys. They coordinate well with Skilled Nursing, Board and Care, and transportation and monitor my mother’s medication well. Her kidney doctor is affiliated with UCSD and Scripps La Jolla as well. An added bonus is if there are any emergency catheter clogging or replacement issues the MD who swaps them out is 1 flight up via a nearby elevator. Before that I used to have to drive her from Oceanside to have the emergency surgery which was very hard on her. So, I am very happy and my mother seems happy too because everyone is so nice and caring. They are also very strict with Covid protective measures for patients and healthcare providers. I give them 10 ⭐️ s.
