I have been going to JSFS for years and I can honestly say it's the best gym I've ever gone to. I'm not saying that I'm any kind of expert (I'm not!) but I have been working out since 1980, I just include that for context as I have been to many gyms. Greg, John, Julia and Jake treat their business like the smart farmer treats the Golden Goose. The staff are amazing one and all. The members of JSFS are solid awesome people. I recommend JSFS wholeheartedly!

It's definitely better than most commercial gyms, especially if you're a casual gym goer. I'm not, and I've grown so accustomed to my powerlifting gym that it's quite the step down. There are two owners: Greg and John. Greg is great and gets along with just about anyone. John, on the other hand, can get moody. Don't let his mood ruin your day.

Great place to get a good workout in! This gym has a rustic atmosphere cemented by the brick walls and you can’t beat the hours 24/7 365; you’ll have a hard time finding that anywhere else. I highly recommend it, for they have a plethora of equipment and plenty of space to get your sets in. I personally recommend this place to my friends and family and any person serious about getting a good workout in.
