People here are very rude. They need to learn how to talk to a grieving family rather then treating as just business matter and definitely not, exact words from Marshal “take it or leave it” offer. False advertisement regarding providing video/ zoom during pandemic. They don’t have such service and you need to provide your own internet. They don’t disclose the 35 people only at the service policy until contract is signed. I suggest get your answers before you go with them. Very disappointed as they have been serving our community for a long time but still have not learned the cultural values.

The people that work here are very rude. They say they are going to call you and don't. It takes them a long time to get anything done. Who would be so mean and rude to a grieving family. This happened February 2020 I can't imagine what they are like now during the Covid-19.

Mr. Jones, Charles was and is a great man and compassionate soul. He did many unnoticed favors, forgave all that owed him, treated the black community with the same or more respect than the other folk do. He loved his people and saw us in a fashion of Godliness. He was an Angel in disguise sent from God to serve East Palo Alto with humility and gracious care. I love that man, even if he was spooky. He drove those ice cold gold cadillacs and blinged it up with his own style. We all looked good riding those sleek sedans and limos! He made us all look good. Unique, tasteful, representing, proud, powerful, and intelligent are all descriptions of Mr. Jones’ swagger. He did swag, before swag was. If one takes the time to think about it......, Mr. Jones had many sensitive and difficult times and situations to deal with. Yet he delivered on each task before him with positive strength and dignity. EPA was murder capita of the U. S. during his lifetime. I will never forget his importance and meaningful presence during his life and in his work. Style and huge heart, Mr. Charles Jones

Jones Mortuary was a nlessing in disguise. Mr. Jones has a heart full of love, patience, and understanding. He made the final decision making of my parents an easy road to travel down. I am blessed to have had him and his team be there for me and my family when we needed their expertise.
