I had a flat tire and spoke to somebody over the phone and he told me it was okay to bring it down and they would repair the tire for around $30. That sounded great. I went though the trouble of having it towed there and the tech took one look at my car and said “sorry, we can’t repair it due to a special foam that’s inside the tire.” All they offered was to put more air in the tire to see if it will still hold air. Other than that, I was on my own. Drove over to Costco and they had it done in 20 minutes. These guys are LAZY and have no desire to help.

Refuse to rotate tires. Even though it’s part oil change service and I was willing to accept responsibility. Total waste time. Go somewhere else and avoid if possible.

I've never spent so much time attempting to get an oil change. I left my vehicle at this location at 8 am after waiting for 20-30 minutes. I received a phone call asking if I would like to change the air filter. I approved the change and a few hours later I was notified my vehicle was ready for pick up. After arriving at the shop I notice the Air filter was not changed. I was told they needed to create a second work order and the technician did not know how to do that. After he was on Facetime he got through the process. He then told me they would change it in the parking lot. After I go out to the parking lot, the two techs realize this was the wrong filter. He goes inside and about 5-10 minutes later comes out empty handed and requests if I can wait 30 minutes. I told him its ok Ill change it on my own later. He lets me know I need to go inside and ask for a refund. After I go inside the technician does not know how to process a return and again calls a supervisor for support. After about 20 minutes of facetime he says that the refund should have went through but he cannot provide me with a receipt. we are waiting for another 10-15 minutes as he attempts to get me a copy. This never happened. Fortunately I looked at my bank and noticed there was a credit attempting to go through. I thanked him for his efforts and let him know I would be on my way. The only reason I am giving this location any stars is because of the people. They were are all friendly and polite but that doesn't make up for the lack of training and wait time. I was optimistic with the text message updates and reports but unfortunately I do not see myself returning to this location.

I wasn’t sure what to expect on a Sunday afternoon, but nobody wants to play with a tire losing air pressure. The guys were all kind and super helpful when I stopped in and asked to have my tire checked. I sat in their clean waiting area for the word, and they were done pretty quickly. All-in-all, I had a great experience! I would absolutely recommend this location!
