My partner and I went there to celebrate her birthday on 7/22/22. On my reservation notes I stated it was for a birthday. When we arrived I asked for a table by the window due to the extreme heat we prefered staying inside. My partner kep saying its so hot in the restaurant and right after that someone was going around with a thermometer to check ehat temperature was coming out of the vents, which made sitting inside also as bad as sitting outside. We ordered the birds of paradise drink and a star is born cocktail. Both beverages were good. We ordered the calamari which was ok, personal preference I fo not like my calamari as flakey as it was. My partner enjoyed it though. The entrees we ordered were the special of the night seabass and the Faroe Island salmon. We both agreed that the entrees needed more to it. You take a bite of the fish and initially it taste ok, you may need to ask for salt and pepper like we did, but after that the taste goes away and the makes the dish fall short. Nice presentation though. We ordered the cornbread dessert next and that was ok, however, when the dessert arrived there wasn't a candle on it. It was just presented to us. When the server was about to leave from dropping the dessert off I asked for a candle because we were celebrating a birthday. He said ok no problem but then never came back with it. This wasn't our table server but rather a runner that we asked for a candle. Because there was ice cream on the plate we couldn't wait any longer so I used the candle that was on the table for her to blow a candle out which we shouldn't. I was upset when leaving but didn't want to make a scene.

We were here today to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. NoHu is a charming rooftop bar and restaurant with great ambience amongst all of Hudson County. Showcasing a unique view of the New York City skyline, this Port Imperial restaurant offers a variety of drinks, appetizers and entrees. We ordered the charcuterie and calamari for appetizers which we loved. We also ordered the mushroom ravioli and the grilled bourbon butter steak, which was cooked to be juicy and tender enough according to the specified temperature. Special thanks to the manager Michael Megally for accomodating our requests. Server and host were delightful, attentive, and prompt—always adapting to additional requests and refilling drinks. Is a lovely, quaint spot for drinks, food at any hour, and live music.

Place was nice.. Hotel with rooftop dining. The start was a bit frustrating as it took awhile to get a host. We took it upon ourselves to just go to the bar and order our drinks and food.. After we placed our order we then we given a waiter. He was very professional and acknowledged we had ordered from the bar. Our food came in a timely fashion. It was delicious. (Blackened Gulf Shrimp) and the Cowboy steak. We drank A star is born.. Perfect cocktail. After dinner we went to the outside and sat around a fire pit. Around 9 pm a Dj was on the scene and played a variety of cool music. It’s only 26 mins from lower Manhattan by car but also very accessible by NJ Transit (bus) which stops right across the street. I can’t wait to return when the weather warms up more.

Ambiance is wonderful. The food was just okay. The dinner menu was very limited and the selections offered were not great. (Please offer something other than fries with the steak dinner..at least mashed potatoes) The food was a bit overpriced for what you get. Drinks were delicious!

I haven't noticed valet parking, but there's often parking on the street and there a large lot and a garage across the street and around the corner.
