This is a long awaited review. After living in Estuary for about 3 years I can say this is the best complex I’ve ever lived in. Some maintenance issues here and there but the guys are always super helpful and will do what they can to help. The front desk staff is amazing, kind, empathetic they always do their best to accommodate me and they have been the back bone of my stay here. Estuary is a place I call home. The only negatives I have to say are my Karen neighbors, not everything is so serious. If an elevator is down use the other one. I love estuary!!

Do not live here. Emergency problems happen too often in my studio, and poor maintenance services come after. Water came from the ceiling cause power out for few days. After 2 months, A/C is broken at night. They have empty guest room, but the concierge desk refused to provide. The other apartments used to provide alternative sleep place, when the apartment has problems. Maintenance person installed portable fan next to me. Of course, I messed up my sleep with the large noise from having portable fan next to my bed. Staffs are never be sorry. Disrespectful to resident.
