This mobile home community is very clean, quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. I am very content with the neighborhood.

Very nice , well kept mobile home park, only problem is that the railroad track are right next door. Something im sure the residents get use to.

I've lived in the community for 4 yrs now and was on the events committee for 2 yrs as treasurer. There are several events planned throughout the year for residents to participate in. Neighbors are friendly and some will even help you out if you're in need. Overall, a nice place to live.

It's roughly $1,100 a month and that includes electricity and utilities.
