Worst customer experience ever! I should've gone to LensCrafters. Vision essentials made me come in twice, only to tell me my appointment was cancelled. Which they could've done through the phone, since they had two weeks between both appointments to tell me my contact lens hadn't arrived. Yet, you would think, they'd feel some remorse about this. However, they treated me like this was all my fault and refused to give me a refund, the receptionist actually laughed in my face, claiming that I can't receive one since I've already received a fitting. Yet, how could I have been fitted with anything, if the trial contact lens haven't even come in yet?
