Dr Shah & The rest of the Maternal Team took care of us really well from admission up to discharge and all teachings for my first born and for my after care were provided with compassion. My first time experience delivering my baby here is the best experience ever. Not to mention my nurses who went beyond, they are the best!!! They really made my first days of a mother very wonderful! I was scheduled for Same Day Surgery 2/16/22 and my overall experience was great from start to finish. Minimal wait time in admitting because my paperwork had been completed prior during my PAT… Smart! Once I entered SDS, I was immediately assisted. They were courteous and everyone demonstrated care and concern. The nurses were very informative about what to expect while in the unit as well as when I reach the holding area and operating room. When I got to the holding room before the OR, the intake nurse and Anesthesiologist was pleasant. Then the OR nurse came and politely introduced herself and assured me I would be okay. She was very personable and her bedside manner was impeccable. That’s when all of my worries subsided and I knew I was in good hands. What I remember about the OR before I went into la la land was that everyone was respectful and attentive to my needs. The aftercare was awesome and as I’m writing this I just received a follow up call from the hospital to see how I’m doing! Great job St Mary’s… you guys rock!

My wife was here today for same day surgery. Luckily, I was able to remain with her until the actual procedure as today was the first day in allowing one visitor to be present. Staff and service here are so wonderful and compassionate. Like a 5 star boutique shop! Feel very welcome and at home, and so easy to navigate throughout the building. Fernando was our check-in person upon arrival, who was not only efficient but personable. Susan and Cecilia were our intake nurses, who registered her in for the procedure. Both were extremely pleasant at such an early time of the day, understanding that their shifts started at 5:30 AM. And my wife was their first patient. Maureen was her recovery nurse, who was comforting, extremely pleasant and provided encouraging words for a speedy recovery. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of a procedure and if their Dr practices here, they would not be disappointed.

This review is specifically for Rose on floor 4 (labor and delivery) she was AMAZING. I have never meet a beautiful soul & such an understanding person like Rose. I had complications after birth & she made it all better with her kindness. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and kept me positive though the process. She treated me like if I was a daughter to her & that made me feel at home. Her patients needs are her main priority & it shows

Good Katherine. Our average response time from the time we check in to a doctor sees us is less than an hour. But this depends on medical emergencies and when they arise in the community, which can affect wait times. Patients with life-threatening medical emergencies will always be urgent.
