I am so grateful to the Brokaw Banfield Team. From front desk, technicians, and doctors. Even during their busiest times, they always make time for your pet if it's an emergency. I really appreciate how they took care of my dog and figuring out what was going on with his paw. Foxtail was stuck up there unfortunately, but they got it out! I know pet hospitals are always busy, but so thankful to their kindness for simply making time to do a thorough check up. The front desk team does not sound like they're annoyed of you or anything, they were really patient and happy to assist you. They don't make themselves sound busy even when they are, instead they greet you with calm and ready to help tone. Technicians are always sweet whenever they greet the dogs. I saw how busy this place gets and cannot thank the entire team enough of their service for our fur babies. Dr. Gole, thank you for helping Karl out! Thank you! I really wanted to take my time to do this as you can see. I rarely do this too!

The Brokaw Banfield is a breath of fresh air. We had been suffering (and our furry pets did as well) dealing with the Banfield in Fremont. They have extremely shady practices, some very unethical and illegal, and our pets had to suffer. They hated going to the vet in Fremont, but LOVE the team at Brokaw in San Jose. Thank you, Brokaw team!

They provided me guidelines of what to expect at Momo's appointment prior to scheduling, right before she was taken in, when maybe to expect a call to pick her up, how I would be billed, and if I needed another appointment soon. Quick and friendly service. Covid has been rough. Last year, we had to do an outdoor call and drop off, do it is nice to be inside and do a drop off. It cut out the phone call that was inconvenient for me. Enjoyed them. Momo got her shots yearly flea and heart meds.

I have been taking my Boston terrier here for a couple of years now. The staff and doctors are very friendly. Dr. Park is a very knowledgeable doctor who has properly diagnosed and treated my dog everytime he's had an issue. Scheduling appointments are quick and easy. He's pretty much in and out for every visit. Costs are reasonable but price does not matter to me as long as my little boy is taken care of.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
