Kelly- dont stop shopping here!! The staff (except for the manager) are wonderful!! And I don't think the manager has any reason to discriminate - shes kind of trashy and ignorant and might be Hispanic too - I know exactly who you are speaking of. She cant help it - it must be her upbringing combined with her level of intelligence- lack of that is... I have shopped here for many years and I know everyone there really well and they're extremely friendly except for the manager. Shes a rude, bitter, unpleasant feeble old gal! Prices are getting ridiculous and jeweley selection is now Junk! What happened to the good stuff and the gold. And why are they researching all of their items before pricing them? I expect to pay thrift store prices...not ebay prices!! I guess I could just shop on line for now on! Hey Shepherda Gate - dont forget that this stuff is DONATED to you! Pass on the savings! The newest manager Burniw is terrible! I FEEL LIKE IM IN A CONSIGNMENT STORE NOW!

I just moved to Livermore 6 weeks ago and visited this store a few times. I wanted to buy little things to decorate my newly created succulent garden. The last few times, there were no incident. Today, the manager accused me of swapping their price tags on the items that I about to buy. I picked three items: 1. The first item has 1 tag 2. The second item has 2 tags with 2 different prices 3. The third item has 2 tags with 2 different prices If I really swapped the price tags why didn't I remove the expensive price tags? Why didn't the store manager thinks logically before open her mouth? I asked the store manager to watch the video while I am in the store to prove if I swapped the price tags. Did she ever ask herself why there are multiple price tags with different prices on them, and if I swap them, why the more expensive price tag is still on there? I never steal anything and got very upset for something that I didn't do. I feel betrayed because I donated my clothes, bags, and household items to this store. I also told them that I would like to volunteer to help them during my early visit. Too bad, I like to get unique items from this store for my succulent garden, but I will never go back to this store again. I cannot believe that people who believes in God but has no problem accursing others for something they didn't do without any evidence. If I am WHITE, I am sure, the store manager (who is white) would be more careful with their words. I don't support discrimination against people skin color or origin.

Clean, organized, fair prices, I always find something nice. Very friendly staff at checkout and when I donated some things they were so kind and easy going.

The best! I love thrifting and I almost always walk out with something! Dollar days are amazing and great quality stuff! Staff is sweet and are volunteers so be nice and if you can give back they always need help:)
