One of the cashiers is extremely rude and condescending. It's a smoke shop, the attitude seemed targeted and unnecessary. She felt the need to chastise me because one of the many colorful signs that looked like an ad for product wasn't, it was a "don't open the already open case" sign. I'd already gotten my items, of which the choices were poor and ended being dry and unusable to boot, and was going to spend more money when 3 minutes later she noticed I had the items and proceeded to dress me down. I was so caught off guard. Needless to say, with so many other options I'll never shop here again and I'll be sure to tell anyone I know that good customer service goes far.

Ppl was rude I've never seen a cigarette store close before 9pm I was there before 7:30 and they open sign was off had 3 ppl standing outside cause you was closed before 7:30pm maybe u should stay open til 9pmHi Ronda, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Due to present circumstances, and understaffing, we were unable to keep the store open past 7:30. Thank you for your feedback, I'll direct them to the proper team.
