Ordered a dress 4 months before hand and they plan on giving it to us a week before our daughters quince, BUT we can not get a refund no sir. Horrible customer service. And the owner…. Yeah I’ll just leave it at that.

The service was amazing! The ladies were very professional and easy to talk to. When trying on dresses, they made amazing small talk and we felt very welcomed and not pressured to purchase anything. The selection of dresses was fabulous and unique

They are nice but if you go in during busy hours be prepared to wait a long time. I would say each customer takes about 50 minutes to 1 hour, even if it is only for pick up. To keep customers entertained they check in on them and then forget about them. Overall, they are very understaffed and they just try to get you out of there without really helping you.
