This location could get very busy. I waited in line and there were 14 people ahead of me. Got the car I needed. They made it all very pleasant experience. Birook is a very special person at this location. He has excellent customer service skills and he remembers conversations. When I dropped off the car he personalized and asked if everything was ok with the car and asked to come back anytime. I will go back here.

This location doesn’t look exciting, but I’ve always had a solid car rental experience with no surprise costs. I did not feel pressured to get needless insurance and the associate helping me, Vourban, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The car return process was also very fast and easy. I’ve rented from here twice and the Hertz down the street twice and the quality of experience was night and day. I highly recommend this location.

Fast and efficient check in/check out. Got exactly what I needed (last minute rental of an 8 passenger vehicle on an insurance claim due to my personal car needing glass work). Friendly and very helpful staff. Easy to find location close to the freeway.

By far the best enterprise location in the Bay Area. Biruk and Devon were both very helpful and made the process quick and easy. They were very kind and ensured we had everything we needed. They made the best Saturday team! I recommend going to see them when looking to get a rental!!
