The fact that is the middle of 2022 and they don’t have dressing rooms available to try on clothes gives “I’m taking advantage of the fact most people won’t return the clothes they can’t try on in store”. I’m not shopping anymore until they re-open their fitting rooms.

Horrible customer service. Dressing rooms closed too far in advance of closing. Upstairs workers were either picking up all the clothes from the floor and re-racking them, or on their phones at what were closed registers. Gets a star for prices, but otherwise, taking my business to different stores.

Love the products/style and store diacounts, but this specific store @UTC I LA Jolla CA. Is wack clothes everywhere, unorganized and no employees cleaning up. Looks like the whole store was ransacked.

Minus five stars. Filthy store, chaotic, clothes everywhere unfolded, crumpled, even on the floor. And mostly, the costumer service was OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE, their sales people need A LOT OF TRAINING on how to treat a costumer properly, with at least the minimum respect. They not only lost a costumer, they gained an enemy, that's how bad my experience was. And all for what? For bad quality clothing that is almost disposable? There are much better stores where to spend my money.
