Choosing to buy furniture from Ashley has turned into one of the worst decisions I’ve made in recent memory. It’s been 10 months since I’ve placed my order and I am still waiting on items to be delivered. Their delivery operations make no sense and their customer “care” team is a joke. No one has a clue where inventory is and all you get when you call about your delivery is an estimated date which is simply 2-4 weeks from the day you called…every single time. They do offer some very attractive financing, so if your willing to wait 6-12 months for something to come in, then Ashley is not a bad choice. Telling all my family and friends to steer clear of Ashley.

We bought our first ever couch today and our sales rep, John, was so wonderful and helpful. Just an honest and kind good hearted gentleman. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the process super easy for us and helped us with a payment plan! Definitely will be back to see him and help us furnish our new space!

Amazing experience. My sales representative was wonderful. Letting me walk around until I was ready to ask questions. First sofa I have ever bought. Such a calm experience for first time buyer. Not what I expected. I enjoyed my shopping experience and the service provided. Can not wait for my sofa to be delivered. I recommend this business to any furniture purchaser's, especially first time buyer's.

I get so many compliments on my furniture. Ashley’s looks high end and is durable. It’s worth paying a little more for quality. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I love this place 💕💫 Update post Covid. My furniture took 6 months for delivery. The “delivery” guys had a Budget truck. They were 2 hours late, damaged my furniture, built pieces together upside down & left some parts out all together. When I asked about the extra parts (supports) they lied & said they were to make the bed higher. The customer service department is deplorable. Dominique did nothing to keep me satisfied with my purchase. I’m never shopping here again. It’s unfortunate when a few bad employees ruin what used to be a thriving business.

Horrible if you have nothing better to do you can leave it ringing for 30 minutes to an hour and somebody may eventually answer most of the time it disconnects and they don’t call you back. If you eventually reach someone they give you nothing but excuses and lies. They tell you they will have a manager call you back and that never happens. Absolutely the worst to deal with. I would never recommend them to anyone. If I don’t get a return call today I’m canceling my order and purchasing elsewhere. It’s not like their furniture can’t be found somewhere else
They give you a delivery date before you leave the store.

If your warranty has expired though, the store can give you the manufacturer's contract information.
Normally the first delivery is in the morning, but it depends on where the daily deliveries are going. You can ask for a morning delivery though.
