We ordered a couch on October 11th and they said it would be in sometime in December. We called at the beginning of January and they told us it would be February. We called again in February they said March. We finally went in last week a d they said they would call us monday and tell us a date or we could start the refund process. They called us Monday and said they would call us Friday and let us know more. It's Friday and no phone call. This place is a joke. I understand that there alot of shipping issues, but they never bothered calling us, we always have to reach out to them.

If you’re looking for the best selection and most affordable price on couches in the New Orleans area, Compass Furniture is where you should go. Our sales associate Kevin was so incredibly helpful and knew exactly what we needed right when I told him. Previously stated, Compass literally had the best selection and best, most affordable price out of all furniture stores in the New Orleans area. We know because we actually checked! Very grateful that there was a left side chaise, two piece sectional couch here. It is also the most perfect color! We cannot wait to get it delivered and at such a quick delivery time too. It is only going to be a week and half until it gets to us! We will definitely be coming here again in the future.
