Shipping was super slow. They claim test kits will arrive in 7 days or less. Actually took 15 days to arrive. No follow up to my complaint about the tests arriving six days after our vacation in Mexico started! No way we can use these expensive tests. Do yourself a favor and just pay 25$ for a quick test in Mexico, plenty available down there! Very disappointed and out 100$ now!

Don't buy their testing kit. I have been waiting in their virtual lobby for hours with no specialist seeing me. Already paid $75. What a scam

I want to share my Hawaii testing experience with others to make it simple. As of July 2021, they only require those who have not been vaccinated to test. If you are in the Bay Area, City Health is currently a certified partner with Hawaii. We chose their 6 hr turnaround PCR test and got it back in 5 hours. You can follow up with them via FB messenger chat if tests not received when expected. Very responsive! The appt set up is online and you can cancel up to 24 hr in advance if needed. I heard SJ was faster but decided to try Oakland bc they offer the 6 hour rapid test. It seems to have worked fine and got a QR code to board the plane. Btw the test is a self test so my kid was able to do it herself and not painful. Hope this helps someone else as I researched Hawaii partners for 2 hrs in hopes you won’t.

Great place to get covid testing for Hawaii travel! Make appt, little to no wait, easy nose swab they let you do it yourself, result came in for us in under 24 hrs. Boom!!
