They should be audited for embezzlement I'm on prepaid and got shut off after already paying over $700. Got shut off paid a $100 5 days later had to pay another $100 cuz my balance was $23 and was shut off again no debt management no nothing owed but yet $200 dollars in 5 days i payed are you kidding. Costumer services was rude and told me it's from a bill. Went in person to there office and was told we dont bill you due to the fact your on prepay...... then were did my money go? Sorry we cant help and walk away! Worse place ever.

Poor customer service, poor management. Manager Connie (out of baker) is not a person I like working with, she has a poor attitude and poor customer service skills. I have talked with her on two separate occasions and both were terrible experiences. They were gonna shut my power off over 21.35 even after I paid them 250. I have never broke a arrangement to pay before. If there was another power company I would switch...
