The food was great; the pizza looked just like the commercial! Forgot to take a photo tho. Food arrived piping hot, everything was there and the driver, Katie (I think) was very friendly and fast! Good job pizza Hut! Huge improvement from a few months ago in my opinion.

They don't often get my order wrong, but twice I had problems, once not as hot as it should have been the other was just 1wrong pizza and 1 with wrong toppings. But I didn't think it was worth complaining about, they were both good just not what I ordered.

Best pizza hut I've had since the 80's and 90's; and I say that as someone who has pizza hut more than a few times a year all over the country. Whoever was making the food is an artist. I was looking at some of the other pizzas they were cranking out before mine, and... 🤌

New Years Eve at 1:30 pm, I ordered 9 pizzas, 2 breadstick sides, and extra ranch dressing to be picked up at 7:30. The gal that helped me place my order was knowledgeable and courteous. I believe her name may have been Kimberly. Everything went off without a hitch and our giant order was ready on time. The staff even made sure we had plenty of plates and napkins which I had failed to ask for. Previously we have not had very pleasant experiences at this location but they are now under new management and you can tell!! The current manager and her crew care about the customers and the restaurant they work for! Way to go! I’m over the top pleased with our service and especially on a busy holiday weekend! Oh, and the pizza was delicious!!! Thank you Baker City Pizza Hut!
