Love the food but sometimes you don't get what you ordered. Late night drive thru can be 30minutes+. Dining room is cool when it's open. Sometimes they are out of Baja blast which is confusing since it's a signature drink and idk how you run out of a critical menu item. Overall is a decent one

Last night my son and went to taco bell .my other son was dropping us off before he went to work .the manager was leaving for the night .say us and said sorry lobby is closed due to short handed staff .she could of continue leaving for the night but instead she opened the door and let my son and I go inside to take our order she was amazing that was very kind of her to do that because she knew we're on foot the drive up was open but you were walking home and I we offered to walk to the drive up and she said no and she opened the door and let us in so I can't remember what her name is she wrote it down on my receipt and I lost it but I want to give a shout out to the manager at Taco Bell on 114 and Lawrence that was very nice and gracious of her to do that we would definitely will be there again

I drive out of my way to go to this specific Taco Bell. I've ordered through the app as well as done Drive Through, and they've never gotten the order wrong (I'm a vegetarian, so this is absolutely important). They load the orders thick, they're courteous, and they're fast. A diamond among the rough Taco Bells out there.

Taco bell is amazing. The staff are great and the locale is such a comforting place to eat in. I suggest going in for breakfast and dinner, since lunch is a little hectic, not the staff's fault though.

I haven't been there for awhile. Last Time I went there was when the older Building was still there and I found the Staff very courteous and willing to please the Clientel! I'm sorry the Service wasn't up to your Expectations. Perhaps you should bring it to the Management's Attention. I'm pretty sure they will be only too happy to fix the Problem that you have with the Staff at Hand.
They usually only have 2 people serving after hours. So thats why u took so long
