12Eleven catering catered our ~90 person wedding 5/22/21. Stephanie (the owner) was willing to travel a distance for the event which we appreciated and the Mac N Cheese and Broccoli Alfredo were very tasty. However, record keeping and …First & foremost thank you for the feedback. All of the cold food was on ice because we have to ensure that the food sitting out has that. It did. Appetizers were set out according to the schedule at 4:15pm. This wedding was on a reschedule previously booked in 2019. You were never charged a rescheduling fee and we accommodated the drive without any travel fees. You informed me that there would be 7 hired staff that you hired would be serving the food and clearing tables etc. The 3 staff that showed up did an excellent job and were awesome to work with. Typically if we are not bartending; only one person is needed to service the buffet. Since we provided a bartender, that made 2. Which she did an awesome job. It was only pouring wine & opening beer bottles. As far as the price increases, the prices were clearly adjusted an also announced on our business page for our clients to be notified. Beef brisket prices are 115% higher & the contract states that prices are subject to change. That was also discussed. We went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was comfortable, had what they needed and the food turned out great. Yes, beef brisket does have fat on it & yes as I was slicing the brisket on site a guest did come up and talk to be and we did discuss how fatty the beef has been lately. But most of the fat does in fact get left on. The side fat is removed before serving. Now about the alcohol - there was no where to put the alcohol because all the beer bottles were wet. Again we discussed this with your wedding planner. You can’t put cold wet beer bottles back into cardboard holders. Overall we had a lot of great feedback. A lot. My only feedback was taken up with your wedding planner multiple times - was that your guests were giving underage minors alcohol. This is against the law! I confronted the guest multiple times about consuming alcohol underage. We, as bartenders, are liable. So we had to repeatedly say we were going to have to shut the bar down for this. It’s a $5000.00 fine for serving alcohol to minors. We didn’t serve him. We did ID him and he said he was 22 and lived across the street. When he refused to show ID he continued to get beer from another guest and even as far as pouring her beer in a cup under the table. We went into this with a very positive attitude and despite everything everyone had a good time, we provided a lot of extras that you were not charged for & you had a lot of leftovers for you to enjoy the next day. I did get a new phone that didn’t back up a few months so I will totally own having a little hiccup with retrieving some of the information but overall we saw a different experience. We have 4 years of 100% health inspections and the accusations you bring forth are just not accurate. It was a beautiful day with perfect weather. We wish your family many more years of happiness.
