If I could give this hospital 0 stars it would get that... horrible wait times . I will be reviewing this hospital everywhere and will be giving it the worst rating it can get

Doesn't seem to be a very organized institution. My primary doctors office is scatter brained, not returning phone calls and specialists do not call back to schedule an appointment unless their harassed.

I'm not sure what the question is but holyoke medical center is a good hospital, all my tests and procedures are fine here. My mother was brought by ambulance to the ER during covid, so I couldn't go in with her, but they called me every 45 minutes to update me
