When having my first consultation with Ed, he explained that if I paid $400 upfront then he would help train my dog until we could get her to overcome her anxiety with people. …Thank you very much Rachel for changing what was originally a 5 star review to a 1 star. Prior to working with you it was stated many times during the eval on Jan 18, 2021, 10 am. that we charge by the issue and not by the session; however long it takes. We are there to get the job done, not stuff your issues into a box and say, "It will take 8 sessions to fix your problem at 1 hour each." Then walk away whether it is done or not. Your issue was to help your dog's anxiety correct, but more specifically not bite children when they came into your home for piano lessons. To not be so nervous around people. To be more accepting of visitors in your home. The first visit (Feb 1, 2021, 12pm) we were with you for almost 3 hours. We gave you homework and on our 2nd visit (Feb 8, 2021, 12pm) we could see even more improvement. You did your homework, and it shows. You texted and even called to give continual status updates. You both did very well. Now you get a new puppy and want that puppy and Sookie to be calmer around your mother’s senior dog Roxy. This is a new and separate issue which involves other dogs, as well as we have never met the new puppy or Roxy. The terms were clear before we started and now you want to try and change those terms to suit your new needs. We are sorry you feel this way, but also we feel we pretty much saved you and your business from a potential dog bite lawsuit. We will continue to enjoy helping others just as we enjoyed helping you and Sookie. But now you decided to turn what could have been a tool to help others find hope for their dog with the same issues by finding the right trainer, into another "enjoyable read" by giving us 1 star. Thank you.

We had issues with our 1 year old dog pulling us on walks, darting out the door when it’s opened, and jumping on our company when they come over. Within an hour, these services has helped my dog and myself with these issues. …What an wonderful review! We are always glad to hear specific details about your experience with the trainer assigned to you. Others will read this review and feel they are not alone and that there is real help out there As with all our customers you are always welcome to text, call and send videos with follow-up questions ANYTIME. Thank you again for such a wonderful review!

We had issues with our 1 year old dog pulling us on walks, darting out the door when it’s opened, and jumping on our company when they come over. Within an hour, these services has helped my dog and myself with these issues. The same day of training, I was able to walk my dog safely and comfortably with the knowledge he presented to me. My dog now waits at the door when it’s opened until I tell him it’s okay to go. I didn’t think there was any hope for us until we had Learning to Lead in our home! Ed is very professional and helps you understand things from all points of views. Thank you so much!! I recommend this service to anybody in dog service needs! 5/5

Ed has done an amazing job teaching my wife and I the correct techniques to correct behavioral issues with our German Shepherd. Our dog has done a complete 180 and is becoming very proficient with obedience. We highly recommend using Ed! …You are VERY welcome!! Your entire family is working very hard and progressing at a great rate. You are putting the work and it shows each time our Field Trainer comes over. Everyone (dogs included) are wonderful to work with and you both ask a lot of questions that show us you truly are concerned for every dog you have and truly want to make this work so everyone can relax and be a happy, functioning family again. You are one of our best clients and are proud to help in any way we can. :)

Whether it is formal or informal training, earlier usually produces better results. The average price for these classes can start at $500, but would need more information to give you an accurate quote. If you would like to call the office at 724-420-5392 we would like to assist you further. Hope to hear from you soon.
