Unfortunately despite the friendly office staff and satisfaction overall with my filling and routine office visits, the billing was a disaster for me. Had to pay upfront for procedures that, per my insurance company, should be almost 100% covered. I have now had to now wait 2+ months to be reimbursed. This is the first time I’ve dealt with this issue at a dental office before. If you choose Aspen Dental, ask for a breakdown of the cost of everything they do before they do it.

I was there for a checkup and one doctor found cavity on one tooth. They weren't able to pull my insurance and the worst part is another doctor found cavity on a different tooth. They ended up filling the different tooth before letting me know. I found it out after the procedure! The explanation does not make sense. The team was efficient, but two doctors two judgment and proceeding without my consent? I would not go back.

The experience was great, but not sure that I'm feeling that you must pay in advance for procedures which truly does not sit well with me. There was too much focus on the need to pay for service up front, when our insurance coverage is more than adequate. This is definitely a deal breaker which can determine if I or we stay with this practice.

Then Katya the hygienist went even deeper on the why i would need to get done what I was having done. Feeling good about my experience Sarah at the front desk hooked me up with a affordable plan to take care of my work I'd getting in the future on my teeth.. in and out and affordable great first visit look to have many more.
