Went in without many expectations just to look at mattresses before we move out of state. John was working alone but managed to help us look while also dealing with some other customers. He was really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. We unexpectedly ended up buying a nice king size mattress at a great deal, and would recommend this place to anyone. John was also really awesome to deal with. Great experience overall.

We went in to get info on a bed for our 3yo daughter and ourselves and just browse. The salesperson, Keith, welcomed us, answered our questions with a high level of honesty and had a deep knowledge of their products. He had a genuine interest in meeting our sleep needs (and he had the perfect temperament for keeping our crazy kid happy). It is rare to find a sales associate like him. We left with new beds for the family and could not be happier.

Gwen was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable about all of the various mattresses that her company had to offer. She asked questions about our sleeping habits to better identify the right mattress for each of us. In the end, we purchased two mattresses and Gwen arranged to have them delivered to us within four days. All in all, she provided a great serviced experience and we left the store with a smile on our faces and one more item checked off of our to-do-list for the day. Thank you Gwendolyn.

The people who work at the waterfront store are all fantastic. They always answer the phone they always do everything they possibly can to make you happy… However… They seem to have a pretty big problem with delivery. I’m not gonna go into a long review about it but suffice to say after many mattresses being delivered not one time has it gone smoothly nor was the mattress delivered on the day they said. It always had to be rescheduled after I waited at home for them to arrive! So I guess I have to only give them three stars because the people at the store are great the products great but it’s definitely buyer beware as far as depending upon them to deliver !
