The staff bended over backwards to take car of my needs. I had a dental emergency and they accommodated me very well. They were very patient and kind. The office manager Maria explained my insurance and did a break down my cost and options. She helped me secure financing for my out of pocket expenses. Yes I would recommend the Waterfront site to others. Two years ago, my son's teeth were fall apart and other places wanted to pull his bad teeth. But the dentist @ this location figure out how to save and restore his teeth instead of pulling them.

Dr.Kutuza is amazing! So knowledgeable and precise! Her clinical skills are superb! She did front teeth restorations for me and filings are invisible! Like I newer had any defects on them! That’s the highest compliment patient can give to a dentist ! Painless too! Great experience in the office overall! Highly recommend this office .

Masks are still required in the office, which I do not mind, as I would rather not catch COVID even though it would be milder as I have been vaccinated. And I have multiple family members who got COVID even though they were vaccinated. The receptionist’s mask was down below her mouth, and I called her out on it. She gave me the “my glasses fog” excuse, which I know means she hasn’t made enough effort to adjust the wire in the mask, being a glasses wearer myself. The rest of the staff was wonderful and understanding. My husband had an appointment later in the day. He came home and said did you know their receptionist breathes through her chin? I then told him I did know! I had seen it masked myself.

So far so good. I was there for a while as it was my 1st appointment, I had a couple moments of let's get this going, as I get rather anxious at the dentist. My exam went well with the techs, the dentist was thorough and very informative. I felt at ease. Overall I was well informed as to what to expect moving forward. I will need some work, root canal, some cosmetic work. I will review again as I move forward. Overall I felt comfortable and in good hands.
