If I treated people like this - I’de be fired. I like to think of myself as a nice person and I want to share my experience to help other nice people out there. Deanne the “master groomer of 30 years,” as she exclaimed to me repeatedly - literally tried to have a fight with me….??! She was combative and pushy. I don’t know if she is having a bad day and taking it out on customers, or what. I don’t know what I just walked into. Still processing and trying to find words to describe what happened. City ghetto would describe it. Anyway - one should never have an experience such as mine at the dog groomer’s. IMO she should stay in the back with the animals and not talk to people. If you enjoy a dog groomer who is classless, yells at you, is argumentative, combative, unpredictable, pushy, with major attitude, and will even get personal then Deanne is the groomer for you! What the hell? I am dumbfounded. Hard pass for me.
