Had to come from Roseburg because they were booked for months. This is the nicest DMV I have ever been to! Even after Covid I would probably make the drive to this location.

How can I get a vehicle transfered and tagged ?

I am a new resident in Oregon, moving from Nevada. I need to change my driver's license, register my car and change my voter registration. Will I also need a smog test? Can you set up an appointment at the Coquille office on Riverside Drive?

When I moved from Minnesota last year I did not need a smog test. I would highly recommend going to the DMV in Coquille vs North Bend as it's not so busy. It was surprisingly affordable to switch plates and get an Oregon license.

I am a bit concerned about my tags for my vehicle which were expired june 20, 2020. I sent them off on the 19th of june. So far i am driving with expired plates! What am i suppose to do? I know im not the only one. What do i tell the police?

They won't bother you about recently expired tags.

I need to get an I D card and wondered if the closest DMV is in Coquille which is nine miles away since I don't drive. Still have my old License though... please get back to me would like to obtain an ID Son as possible. Thank you

There is a dmv in coquille. You will need to request an appointment online on oregondmv.com You will need to fill out the application, bring with you birth certificate or passport, and proof of physical address. Original ID is 44.50. More info is on the website.

When I went in to get the new type of driver's license with the star, I had to have a piece of mail with my name on it from like the power company, social security card, current driver's license and a certified birth certificate
