Newton Cemetery & Arboretum

We drove a long way to visit a family member’s gravesite. We’d never visited before. We arrived at the Information Center at 3:45. They were supposed to be open until 4pm. They must have skipped out early.. Since we only had the plot number in Alcove “A,” we were unable to find the site ourselves. There are only street names in the cemetery. We needed their assistance. If they are volunteers, I can understand. I hope they aren’t paid employees that left early. Disappointing.

I like wandering around with an audience of people I know are absolutely wanting to be me... I mean- everyone there would give a lung to be me for just one day. Plus the landscaping is pretty decent.
