Doctor Hartenstein is great, Amy his assistant is very sweet and helpful. Kim was also lovely. The receptionist that was there during my appointment was very pleasant. What more could you ask for? Who ever booked my appointment was very rude to the point where I almost decided to go somewhere else. But I hung in there because of Doctor/assistants . Definitely not a warm and fuzzy feeling in the office until you get in to exam rooms.
