We had a fire that started in our garage and spread soot throughout our home. The home had to be stripped down to the studs and subfloor. Servpro responded immediately and scheduled their team to come out within 2 weeks to begin the demolition work. The team was extremely professional with the demolition, taking great care to not damage the rest of the structure that had to be rebuilt. Javier the crew chief was a pleasure to work with. He always gave me a progress report at the end of each day. He kept track of everyone of the workers to make sure they were only removing what was required and nothing else. Wally the operations manager has been with us every step of the way and he is also coordinating the reconstruction with a local builder which helps ease the burden during this stressful time. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend.

Experience wasn't the best. First, I had an area that wasn't dried out completely and my stuff was not removed from the space. Second, a guy named Edward or Ed, who Servpro hired to check my walls for water damage decided to urinate on my brand new patio instead of using the bathroom and it was all caught on both my security cameras. Very disrespectful. I'd think twice before hiring Servpro again.

Two words to start: OUTSTANDING and AMAZING. Sarah and Julio were terrific. They were meticulous in how they cleaned, making sure everything was cleaned spotlessly. They worked hard all day without taking a break, except for a quick lunch. Our basement is no longer a mess. What a great job. Hats off to you both. Thanks. And thanks to the project manager, Kelley, who came on the scene straight away, and quickly, to give me needed advice, and especially for paying attention to follow up. Thank you, Kelley, what a team! My wife and I are thrilled. We know who to call next time, and it ain't Ghostbusters!
