I cannot for the life of me understand that when a company is given/donated surpluses of items, how they can mark up those items for retail sales to what it costs brand new, and in some cases even more expensive. These guys are grossly monopolizing and gaining huge capitol.... Nonprofit? It's expensive to shop here.

Most of the attendants are friendly and helpful. There is this one younger female attendant tho, that is extremely rude and rough with the donations. She purposely slams down fragile and breakable donated items. I have seen her do this many many times. I warn her ahead of time by telling her that some of the contents that I am donating are glass or breakable and she still purposely drops and slams them down. She does it every time I see her working there. Every time I go to donate things at this donation center, I pray that she isnt going to be working that day so that I dont have to deal with her nonsense.Thank you for the feedback.
