We bought our first Camper from Rousseau's in 2019 & will never go anywhere else. Last summer we decided to upgrade to something just a bit bigger & ordered a new camper. We took delivery in March. We knew it would be a long wait & we were okay with that. We heard from Dave Jr. a few times with updates - great communication. We have had a couple things go wrong with the new camper (not their fault at all) and they have been super prompt in fixing the issues. Fast service, great communication, very knowledgeable & super friendly. I hear horror stories about friends campers & the time it takes to get repairs done.. all from the Big Camper retailers. Support small local family business! Oh, and we LOVE our new camper, too :)

The dealership was excellent sales person Dave was great.But the 2018 rock wood ultra lite 5th wheel is awful.Since day one gauges never worked the sink fell out twice had to finally use construction adhesive to glue back in.My new problem is the refrigerator is falling out of the wall all lower frame broke apart.I’ve had fifth wheel campers for 30 years never had one that literally is falling apart Just want everyone to know we’re retired couple we spent 40,000 on this thinking this would be are last one.Very disappointing that forest river would build a camper so Poorly. Would not recommend this camper if you plan to travel far.

Family and friend operated, I've been doing business with Rousseau's for over 20 years their honest, friendly and most of all they know their business from sales to service you're always greated with a smile, their compassion, and knowledge beats all , I have purchased 3 RVs from them if I change and want another RV I wouldn't buy from anyone else but Rousseau's they treat you like family once you walk in the door.

We returned a purchase that was bought on credit and they never put the cost back on the card. Poor business ethics. We will never use their service or purchase from them again. Way to keep your customers happy!
