Ugh! They are the nicest of the nicest person ever. They usually close at 5 but because I had some issue with my boxes, they took 30 minutes off their time just for me. They friendly and optimistic. THEY ARE JUST THE BESTEST AND CHEAPEST.

My package was delivered to a different location yesterday, but I filled out a service request form online about what was going on, and the issue was resolved very quickly and within 24 hours. Thank you Kayla for helping me get my package!

They placed my package in someone else’s parcel locker. I called and told them I don’t have a parcel locker and they proceeded to tell me to go to the front office and tell them to open every parcel locker and hopefully I’ll find it. Never found my package and I was told to file an insurance claim and I have insurance I’ll get a refund. They claimed their best delivery driver was the one who delivered my package and it HAS to be there. Beyond annoyed and the manager was NO HELP!
