The apartments are infested with mice, bugs, mold the laundry machines barely work. 1 unit is currently flooding at an uncontrollable rate and they are doing nothing about it looks good on the outside but these buildings are falling apart

Not low income but section 8 yes
The affordable one bedroom apartments aren't so afforable, unfortunately, anymore. The town/started? That sets regulations on that program, just decided to raise it from $1181. to $1560! I'm sure there will be a lot of moving van in the next month or so.

My mom lives there and cori turn around time is pretty quick within 2 or 3 days.
