Well, I bought a bed in a box. I had to put it in my cart by myself, after about 10 minutes of waiting for someone to help me. Not one time did an employee approach me, even with their store flyer for bed frame and headboard in my hand. However, when I was finally ready to check out the furniture dept guy was very pleasant and loaded my bed and frame for me without hesitation.
