worst pharmacy ever, after a week my prescription is still not done! one med! they say people are waiting 2-3 weeks that's ridiculous these are life saving meds and yall are killing people

I filled a 7 day prescription a week ago while being hassled took several days to fill. Tried to fill same prescription today for 30 days supply then they did not fill it kept the script and told us to come back they had medication. My son needs the medication and now they are closed. 0 stars at best... we will move our business for sure. Now my son has run out of medication 2x and they are keeping prescriptions. WOW.

I waited a week after my prescription was filled by my doctor, and no updates from the pharmacy. I called to see what was going on and they said ‘oh, I’ll have it ready for you in 30 minutes’ and when I asked why they didn’t have it ready until I called, they said ‘Oh we’ve been really behind.’ Apparently not behind enough to have it ready immediately after me calling. Not only that, I even had to go off my medication for this period because they couldn’t have it ready on time. Every time I call or live chat, it seems to be a 20-30 minute wait. And every time I go to pick up my prescription there is a huge line and it seems to be poorly managed. The Walgreens in my hometown was literally nothing like this and they were very professional and courteous, and definitely more communicative! I will never go to this pharmacy again. You will be wasting a lot of your own time here, do not go here!

If I could give the Walgreens Pharmacy 0 stars, I would. It's nearly impossible to talk to someone on the phone. They will put you on hold for hours only to hang up on you. If you do happen to get a live person, they are unhelpful and rude. They can't answer any of your questions. I waited for a week for a prescription to be filled. I was told it would be ready in two hours. The following day they canceled my new prescription. They didn't have a reason for canceling it and then I had to get reauthorization from my doctor. Now they aren't billing my insurance for my medication and I don't understand why this is a problem. They take their lunch whenever they feel like it so they may not even be there when you show up to get your medication. The lines are also incredibly long so plan to take a few hours out of your day just for a pickup.
