The people behind the counter here are beyond nice. I don’t know how they do it. Some of the people coming into the counter are challenging and yet the people behind the counter always go the extra mile. Great employees!!!

This is the Bermuda Triangle for packages. I got an update that my package was at this facility, shortly after I got another update saying there was no valid address given on the parcel. (This prompted me to check my confirmation email from the company I ordered from and yes it was in fact given and correct.) well they decided to give it their own address that just doesn’t exist, and clearly it didn’t get delivered that day. The next update I got was that there was no “suite number” provided for the address THEY MADE UP. At this point I call and get told that they tried delivering it to a different address down the street (which I looked up and it was a Longhorn Steakhouse) but she told me it couldn’t be delivered because it conflicted with Juneteenth holiday hours.. which further confused me to the point where I still can’t figure out.. because the robot voice beforehand told me that UPS was not effected by Juneteenth and I know Longhorn was open all night because I had to go there to see if they would hold the package for me had it been delivered.. Then she says she can’t fix the address on the package to the correct address.. how can that be if they already changed the address twice without my permission???

They are constantly leaving deliveries at other addresses. I receive notifications that a package was delivered to me, but I never receive it. I have ADT cameras that never show the driver arriving. And of course trying to get a hold of anyone is ridiculous.

Good job kids!! My package was dropped off but unfortunately not at my house!! According to your crack staff,the driver musta got confused and dropped it at the wrong zip code! That's not only a beautiful excuse for shoddy business its also an impossible feat seeing as the town they said he went to doesn't have a street with the same name!! You dont deliver to a zip code but to an adress!! CLOWNS!! Apparently from reading your reviews, I'm not the only one who has had this problem ,perhaps new management could be a viable option?? This is not good business!
