I visited this place back in March and submitted an application, but never heard back from them. I understand they're busy, however if you claim to want these cats to be adopted then it would make sense to get back to potential adopters. I ended up adopting elsewhere due to their lack of communication and follow up.

On the good side, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable the place is clean and requires masks. It's clear they care about matching you with the right animal because they ask a lot of questions. On the bad side the cat area is very tight and hard to move around in if there are four or more people total so if you have a family of four and there is one cat person in there it's basically a Chinese puzzle that you can only slide one foot at a time in One Direction. Additionally going there on a weekend even at exact opening time there will be so many people waiting to get in that you'll be lucky to get 10 minutes to meet 20 cats. Despite that everyone seems knowledgeable and friendly it's hard to make a long-term decision based on a 10-second interaction with each cat. Rather than having time to see kittens behavior and fall in love I kind of left with the feeling of what the hell just happened LOL. Now I'm positive that I can go back, and I probably could have just waited in line again however I still would wish that there would be a better system. I do have a friend who adopted from this place and they were very happy with everything. Being that he had other Pets the Establishment suggested that he Foster the animal rather than going through a definite adoption first, so that he could see the pets interacting with his own before making a final decision. I haven't heard of other places suggesting this and I think it's a very good idea! Although some shelters relatively close are bigger and easier to meet the pets with, I do feel like there is a lot of value in the knowledge and clearly good intentions of the people working there. Overall I score this place highly based on that but I do really wish it was easier to spend a few more moments with the animals. Perhaps having a separate room that you could take one or two as the next group is coming into the main room.

Surrendering my dogs is the toughest decision I ever had made (due to personal reason) but Barbara was so comforting and reassuring that my dogs are going to be loved like we did. Felt very comfortable handing them over but of course it was very tough. Very clean place and made me feel more at ease. Thank you Barbara for making me feel at ease during the toughest time.

I would email them and not ask on Google page, they I am sure would tell you what the inventory is available..
No we do not board animals.
Very good place for care and adoptions.
I'm sure they would be happy to get them. I do know they can't accept open food bags. I believe it's a law. So glad to see you are donating.
Yes
It depends on the situation. However, in many times they will take them if there is available space.
No unfortunately, we are only equipped to handle dogs and cats.
This is a private no kill shelter. They don't automatically take every animal and don't take drop-offs. You should contact the shelter manager.
