They are not honest about the amount they debit off your card. If they need a deposit they should be up front and tell you but they don't. They debited $88.00 extra without my permission when I made the reservation. Best Western Employees should be upfront about charging deposits or damages for room at the time of the reservation!

😦 breakfast was from 6 to 9 am \ breakfast was good (we were only able to eat their breakfast one time ) 3 night stay ~ we got in late and wasn't ready to eat until 9 am which was to late. The pool was warm but was VERY dirty so we only used it once for a short period ( It was gross dirty ). The stay really wasnt pleasant ~ 4 of us that stayed there gives this motel a thumbs down ~ not worth the price

The service was fine. The cost of the motel is not worth the stay. There hot tub is down there pool is gross. Looks to not have been cleaned for a while. Sand or dirt on the bottom. The bathroom is very small. The shower has poor pressure. The shower curtain looks hella used. Just not a place I'll be staying at again.

They would not let me upgrade even though I am a Diamond member and they had a king suite available. Breakfast was good and plenty of options and fresh. Room was very clean. Hot tub out of order. We did not use indoor pool but it looked inviting and refreshing.
