Doug is great to work with. He's patient, helpful and professional. He's had to visit a few times to help as our dog just wasn't 'getting it' but Doug was always happy to visit and help to make sure things ran smoothly. And you can tell Doug loves dogs and it's important to him to help keep them safe!

We are Very pleased with Doug and Invisible Fence. We Highly recommend Doug to keep your Dog safe!!! One of our dogs, Tyson, went through the Invisible fence, we called Doug! Doug came right out to check the fence, added more white flags to mark the fence where Tyson went out, made sure the collar was working correctly and that it was placed properly on Tyson's neck. Doug was very kind and friendly, he was at ease with our German Shepherd. Doug also replaced our other dog, Moe's collar, and made sure it was working properly. We can't thank Doug enough for the assistance, our dogs are part of our family, we need to keep them safe and well too!

Doug and his team are excellent! He was very responsive and so helpful as we researched options to keep our dogs contained in our new yard. From the initial installation of our electric dog fence to help training our dogs, everything went so smoothly. Someone doing work in our yard accidentally cut the wire for our fence and they were out the next day to fix it. Highly recommend!
