It is clean inside. The staff area is walled off by plastic sheeting and the door is posted with masks required for entry. There are tables inside for seating but I rarely see people doing anything other than picking up their food for taking out.
They are usually a little busy to stop and answer the phone. Just go inside it's worth it.
