Purchased a new battery/cables at a different store location.Realized that it would not fit my truck, unfortunately after I had been dropped off. Stranded with the wrong size battery, incorrect tools, out in a rural & unfamiliar area.I called the Orland CA O’Reilly’s which I had not done business with prior, but was the closest to my vehicle location. After explaining the dilemma I was in, I was then connected with Alex, the store manager. He asked a few questions, then checked & confirmed they had the battery in stock that would work for my truck. I explained also that I had the incorrect socket size with me, AND no way to get there. He quickly reassured me that everything would be fine and they would deliver the battery out to me. Within 20 minutes he showed up with a friendly greeting, installed the new battery, and soon had me on my way. This location and Alex exceeded my expectations by going above & beyond, while I’m sure on a very busy Saturday. Thank you!

I found a great deal on a replacement battery for my truck ($150 cheaper than the dealer price). I was helped by Manager Edgar (I think that was his name) who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. 5 Stars!!
