I was in the middle of a long road trip when my bike suddenly wouldn’t start on its own. I took my bike here on a Saturday and they were extremely helpful, more so than I deserved. I admittedly was quite rude to Jackie, the service manager, but she still helped me out tremendously, a tech checked out my bike between services, diagnosed the issue (starter solenoid and battery) and fixed it on the spot. Every employee was polite and professional, even when they had every right not to be. So thank you Jackie and Jacob for your assistance and I apologize again for my behavior.
