Took car in for an alignment. Went to pick it up and he said I needed brakes, not an alignment and he didn't do brakes. CHARGE ME $75 for that information, first visit and last visit.

Terrible if you wanna pay top dollar and they mess something up and say it’s and easy fix but refuse to fix it because it’s been 4 months rather then just keep a customer then this is the place for you honestly idk how many family members and friends he’s got to rate him 4.6 but don’t trust it

I have been here once before and had no issues with the service. This time is different. I needed a new serpentine belt so I came and dropped off my work van, later I came to pick it up and he claimed it didn’t need a serpentine belt and that it has all kinds of issues including leaking oil and coolant. I showed him right there how the serpentine belt was damaged and he agreed. They obviously never even bothered to look at it. Used “to much oil and grease” as an excuse. The grease he was speaking of was melted rubber from the belt! I find it very ridiculous to have my time wasted and then told something was fine when it actually was not. They offered no apology and just sent me on his way acted like he didn’t even care that they missed the belt being damaged. Highly suggest you go to a different shop and get good service instead of trusting this old rocket scientist with your vehicle.
