Representative lied about a deal they were offering and what my bill would be. After coming in to get the manager to fix it, they refused to give me what was promised. I took the only offer I could get at the time but will be reporting to the BBB and consumer affairs. When an employee lies you need to give the customer what was promised. In response to the owner comment, how does this fix my current issue?
