They refused to empty my recycling can cause it was 4 ft from the actual street. Driver took a picture of it! I'm 80 years old and took it out in the dark. My mistake, but geez. Also they wanted me to start paying 7.00 a week for 2nd green waste can. They took it away before I had time to call them. I told them I want to find a different way to dump my trash and the girl said "Yaaayyy!". LOL. Way to keep those customers!

The company is still open and operating, but the recycling part is temporarily closed. This company also provides regular trash pickup along with providing blue recycling and brown green waste carts to residents of the Town of Paradise. These services continue to be provided.

Great recycling business. But the older lady with the short hair is very rude. She had a rude attitude when there were 3 plastic bottles with caps that had some water in it. Every other employee their is very friendly and nice.

All services for all customers were stopped on 11/8/18 and were only restarted if the customer call and requested reactivation. We are a small local company all our employees live / lived in Paradise and also lost everything, yet we continue to do the best we can to service our community, including as mentioned above stopping all services and issuing refunds to all prepaid accounts.
I saw on the Facebook page that all services has been postponed. No one will be billed So go to Northern Recycling and Waste Services. Facebook page
It's a split body truck there's 2 compartments one for the trash and one for the recycling
Yes our Office is open and we are running all services routes. The Recycling Center, Household Hazardous Waste Facility, Reuse Center and the Vegetative Waste Facility are closed until further notice.
