Initially the team was easy to work with. However, after selling the vehicle and trying to obtain a refund on the warranty/maintenance package which is owed to me, the Sales Management Team - refused to work with me on the refund of the amounts paid.

Service manager said he would return phone call about front-end chewing through tires at 15,000 mile oil change, and he states he knows the issue...no call back and after several messages, NOTHING. At 30,000 mile oil change I'm called for a survey so I mention the issue where a recall (wheel-studs) was not taken care of while I was there, and I also mentioned the front end eating through tires. A day later the service manager cold calls me (after the survey) and repeated the same thing he had stated at the 15,000 mile oil change (I needed Moog Ball Joints). He states he will call me back no later than Tuesday...Thursday I call back and leave a voice message. (Service Manager seems untrustworthy, in general. No matter the outcome they have most likely lost my business). Update: They are willing to change out for Manufacture OEM Ball Joints, which are stated to be the issue, instead of the Moog Ball Joints?!

I called and made an appointment with their Service Department to take a 1990 Dodge Conversion van in. They were very kind and seemed knowledgeable. I explained that I just purchased the van and my daughter is about to drive it on a week long road trip and I wanted them to service it and give it a full overview to see what all needed attention. They took 36 hours from my scheduled appointment and called and told me that they could not repair the odometer/speedometer but they added 4lbs of refrigerant to the AC and I was good to go. They said they did not charge me for a diagnostic because they really didn't get a chance to look over everything thoroughly but it seemed good. I left from there and dove it to another shop in which the A/c they just charged me over $200 to repair quit working again and then I could not get the van to crank again once I got to the next shop. I'm extremely disappointed and will never return there.
